All trainees receive a competitive hourly wage during our personalized training program, tailored to individual driver needs. Specifically designed for non-experienced students, our comprehensive training spans 4 to 6 weeks (200+ hours) from Monday to Friday. This intensive program encompasses a mix of classroom instruction and hands-on over-the-road training, involving loading and tarping loads throughout western Montana and Idaho.

Drawing from over 30 years of extensive experience in the trucking industry, our training programs meticulously address critical facets of CDL training, addressing daily challenges often overlooked but integral to a driver’s routine. Our ultimate goal is to furnish students with the essential ‘Tools’ for a successful and fulfilling career in trucking.
